MARIKANA YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION (MYDO) was founded in the year of 2017 by a group of youth activists, who came together to improve the lives of ordinary community members particularly youth, women and children

to assist youth with job placement in companies and mines around marikana and surrounding arrears
Skill Audit
To conduct skills audit and skills development for youth

To protect women and children’s rights through awareness campaigns to the communities.
Promote and Plan
To promote and enforce implementation of social and labour plan (SLP) in all mining communities.
